Cardiac Patient transferred to specialists in Wellington Hospital

3 months ago - Monday 4 December 1300 Transported a 61YO male patient with a cardiac problem from Hawke’s Bay Hospital to Wellington Hospital.

Back injury patient from Ongaonga and 15 year old unconscious on Waipataki Beach.

3 months ago - Sunday 3rd December

0900 Hours
The Rescue Helicopter was tasked to a private hut west of Ongaonga to a 63 y.o. female suffering a back injury. She was given pain relief at the scene before being flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment.

1250 Hours
The Rescue Helicopter was called to Waipataki Beach to a teenage girl who was pulled from the water by by-standers, she was unconscious when the helicopter arrived. She was transported to Hawkes Bay Hospital for further treatment.

Transported a 63YO female patient with respiratory problems from Wairoa Hospital to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.

3 months ago - Sunday 26 November
0700 The helicopter was called to Wairoa Hospital to a female patient her 40’s, who was having seizures – she was transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment.

1130 The helicopter returned to Wairoa Hospital to a 2 year old girl who was suffering from seizures – she was transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment.

Te Mata Peak Rescue and Quad Bike Crash Patient

3 months ago - Thursday 23 November
1000 The rescue helicopter was responded to a track amongst pine trees on Te Mata Peak for female patient in her 60’s who tripped and fell and fractured her leg. She was given pain relief and her leg was splinted at the scene, before she was winched into the helicopter with the paramedic and transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment.

1500 The rescue helicopter was responded to a farm at Wanstead near Waipukarau for a 24 year old female who rolled her quad bike on a hill and sustained chest injuries. She was transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment.

Male rammed by a bull at Putorino

3 months ago - Monday 20 November 1430 The rescue helicopter was responded to a farm at Putorino for a 69 year old male who sustained a fractured sternum, after a bull rammed him into a fence post. He was transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment.

Porangahau

3 months ago - Sunday 19 November 1030 The rescue helicopter was responded to Porangahau for a female patient in her 50s with stroke-like symptoms. She was transported to Hawke's Bay Hospital for further treatment.

Labour complications

3 months ago - Saturday 18 November 1800 Transported a 29 year old female, with labour complications, from Wairoa Hospital to Hawkes's Bay Hospital.

3 months ago - Friday 17 November

2000 Transported a 63 year old female, who was suffering from a stroke, from Wairoa Hospital to Hawke's Bay Hospital.

Vita hospital transfers

3 months ago - Thursday 16 November

1600 Transported an 83 year old male, with cardiac problems, from Hawke's Bay Hospital to Wellington Hospital.

2300 Transported an 18 year old female, with labour complications, from Wairoa Hospital to Hawke's Bay Hospital.
