Cycle Accident in Napier

8 months ago - The rescue helicopter was responded to a cycle track near the Pandora Pond in Napier female in her 20’s that had seriously injured her leg after falling from her bike. She was transported to Hawke’s Bay Fallen Soldier’s Memorial Hospital for further treatment.

Car Accident near Putorine

8 months ago - Responded to a motor vehicle accident near Putorine. A male sustiained multiple injuries and was flown to the Hawke’s Bay Fallen Soldier’s Memorial Hospital for further treatment.

Car Accident in Wairoa

8 months ago - The rescue helicopter was responded to a car accident at Wairoa where a car crossed the centreline on a road and ended up in a ditch. A female passenger in her 40’s sustained chest injuries. She was transported to the Hawke’s Bay Fallen Soldier’s Memorial Hospital for further treatment.

9 months ago - Transported a female patient suffering from cardiac complications from the Hawke’s Bay Fallen Soldier’s Memorial Hospital to Wellington Hospital.

Rescue from the Ruahine Ranges

9 months ago - Winch extracted two missing trampers and four Search and Rescue personnel from the Ruahine Ranges, after the two trampers had become lost and had activated their personal locator beacon.

Personal Locator Beacon Activation in the Ruahines

9 months ago - Responded by RCC to search for a personal locator beacon in the Ruahines. Due to extremely difficult flying conditions due to high wind, the helicopter was forced to return to base.

9 months ago - Transported a male patient suffering from renal complications from Wairoa Hospital to the Hawke’s Bay Fallen Soldier’s Memorial Hospital.
